To return product(s) to Xacore please follow the next few simple steps:

1. Fax Xacore a copy of the original invoice along with a copy of your packing slip indicating products to be returned, quantity and specific reason for return, you will then be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days

2. Indicate the RMA number on the outside of the box and on the packing slip. All International Returns must include the words “Goods Returning. Not Dutiable” in the paperwork and on label.
